We are delighted to confirm that our School of Life Sciences and The Forensic Institute will be hosting the 13th FORensic RESearch and Teaching (FORREST) Conference at our Cambridge campus from 9-11 June 2020.
FORREST (FORensic RESearch and Teaching) is an international conference that is dedicated to forensic education. Held annually, it focuses on a range of topics including forensic chemistry, toxicology, forensic biology, anthropology, latest techniques for latent prints examination, facial recognition, CCTV and digital evidence.
Delegates at this conference will enjoy a busy programme exploring current developments in the field of forensics. FORREST will give you the opportunity to exchange learning and teaching practises, research ideas and findings.
We are also happy to be able to offer the opportunity to experience the city of Cambridge, with activities like punting on the River Cam and attending a riverside BBQ in the city centre.
Here you can find out more about FORREST including the conference programme and sponsorship opportunities. We are currently calling for papers to be presented. If you would like to present your work please do be sure to contact us before 31 January 2020.
