You are invited to attend our Creative Forces Day in Chelmsford on Tuesday 8 November.
This event is offered in collaboration with Make Happen. It allows Service children to engage with higher education by taking part in a day of fun and interactive activities hosted at our Chelmsford campus. Students will have the opportunity to learn what university can offer, the careers available beyond higher education-level study, and to explore their ‘Service child' identity in the process. It's also an opportunity to build the capacity of schools to understand and support their Service children.
Service children* in years 7–11 and their teachers/advisors.
Although Creative Forces Days are designed to appeal to the military community, we would encourage service children to bring a buddy to learn and experience the day too.
When you register your interest, please let us know if you would like financial support with funding your travel. We cannot make any promises but will be keen to help if we can.
Please register your interest by Monday 17 October, letting us know how many students you'd like to bring with you. We will then be in touch with more information about the event.
This event is brought to you in collaboration by Anglia Ruskin University, Make Happen and Network for East Anglian Collaborative Outreach (neaco).
