Events

PIER runs a number of different events per year as part of our public lecture series and research seminar series. We also hold an annual conference.

The theme for the 2021/22 public lecture series is 'significant events that shaped learning, policy, and practice in policing and criminal justice’, covering lessons learnt and to learn across three streams: policing women, policing race, and policing terror.

The research seminar series provides police practitioners with the opportunity to hear about ARU research relevant to policing.

Recordings of the public lecture series and research seminar series are available on our YouTube channel.
