Toni is the Project Manager for the Veterans & Families Institute for Military Social Research. She is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Toni also consults on the costings and contracts in the pre award stage.

Background

Toni has a BA in Business and an MA in Leadership and Management. Her initial work experience was in safeguarding vulnerable adults, housing management and Local Authority service provisions.

With a proven track record for delivering business improvement initiatives and meeting customer needs, Toni is motivated towards the multidisciplinary approach with particular interests in Change Management, HR and Public Relations.
