Stephanie is a midwife with a particular interest in community-based care. She has additional qualifications in Newborn Infant Physical Examination and is a Professional Midwifery Advocate.

Background

Stephanie graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery with the additional Newborn Infant physical examination qualification. She has experience of working across all areas of midwifery.

In recent years Stephanie has worked predominantly in the community setting, with a particular interest in the benefits of home births and continuity of care. Stephanie is also a Professional Midwifery Advocate, supporting those who work and train within maternity services.

Teaching

Stephanie teaches across the curriculum relating to the pre-registration midwifery programme and supports clinical practice at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.
