Sanchita is a social scientist and uses qualitative and quantitative tools to research and explore various forms of sustainability and resilience of agricultural food supply chains. She is affiliated to the Centre for Intelligent Supply Chains (CISC).

Background

Sanchita has completed her master’s in financial economics from Madras School Economics and holds a PhD in International trade from Indian Institute of Management, Indore. During her PhD, she was trained in quantitative and qualitative methods. Along with economics, she has worked on various topics in marketing, human resource management and strategic management.

Currently, Sanchita works on agri-food supply chain management and focuses on developing a more sustainable and resilient system.
