From a classical psychology background, Lucy became a coach early on. She then came across positive psychology and the MSc Applied Positive Psychology at ARU (when it first began) graduating with a distinction. Since then, she has remained firmly rooted in positive psychology, training, facilitating, coaching, and teaching.
She also co-directs her own consultancy, The Sustainable Change People Ltd., where she works with a variety of clients ranging from listed companies to not-for-profit organisations, via nursing homes and education.
Lucy presents at conferences both in the UK and abroad, around topics to do with positive psychology, healthcare, and appreciative inquiry.
