Dr. Leeladhara is an ambitious and experienced Academician and Legal Consultant has been developed a mature approach to the roles and responsibilities assigned to him. He thinks, teaching profession is an exciting challenge that will utilize both ‘work experience’ and ‘knowledge’. Dr. Leeladhara has gained extensive knowledge in academic research and practice in international law along with drafting policies for multinational corporations. As a Senior Lecturer specializing in Sustainable Supply Chain Management with a background in International Law, Dr. Leeladhara intends to bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to the chosen field. With extensive experience in both legal principles and supply chain practices, Dr. Leeladhara adept at navigating the complex regulatory landscape that governs global logistics and operations. His academic journey merges the analytical rigor of legal studies with the practical insights of supply chain management, enabling him to offer comprehensive and multidimensional instruction to supply chain students. By integrating legal frameworks into supply chain curriculum, Dr. Leeladhara empower students to understand the legal implications of their decisions and to develop strategies that mitigate risk and ensure compliance in the business field. Through a combination of theoretical exploration, practical case studies, and hands-on projects, Dr. Leeladhara strive to cultivate a learning environment where students gain the knowledge, skills, and ethical mind-set necessary to excel in the dynamic intersection of law and supply chain management.

Background

Before joining ARU, Dr. Leeladhara gained 20 years of working experience in various fields. He started his career as an Advocate. Further to that he worked for International Organisations and Inter-governmental Organisations as a Legal Officer, Practicing and Consultation Lawyer at Law Firms, and was teaching at the Universities. In his academic journey he has carried out Teaching, Research in International Law and Business, fulfilled the role of Editorial Assistant for a reputed International Law Journal, Teaching and coordinating Postgraduate Diploma Courses, and organized various levels of seminars and international conferences.
