Holly is a highly experienced primary school teacher and leader with expertise in Key Stage Two, primary science and English. Throughout her career, she has worked as a mentor, supporting teacher development and practice.

Background

With over a decade of experience in education, Holly has spent most of her career in Upper Key Stage 2, teaching in schools within Cambridgeshire and progressing into the role of Senior Leader. In her extensive role as a science subject leader, she created a trust-wide science curriculum. With a keen interest in teaching primary English and in developing vocabulary in the classroom, Holly has worked for the Local Authority as a writing moderator, supporting schools in their end of year judgements.

Throughout her career, Holly has mentored trainees and Early Career Teachers in the classroom, as well as delivering staff development sessions across Cambridgeshire.
