Gemma has experience in leading several curriculum areas in the primary education sector as well as extensive experience teaching across the primary age range. She is keen to share her expertise in education through her position of Senior Lecturer Practitioner for Education. Her area of expertise also includes children's literature.


In addition to teaching in primary schools across Cambridgeshire, Gemma has worked closely with a range of external bodies including special needs professionals and education advisors. She has built a secure professional network with links to schools in and around Cambridgeshire through participation in moderation activities, training sessions, cluster meetings and forums.
