- Background
Elisha joined ARU in 2021 as a researcher after completing her MBA at Anglia Ruskin University. She was involved in the Eastern New Energy (ENE) project which was funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). She then started her role as a Lecturer in Management and Course Portfolio Leader (CPL) in 2023. Prior to the academic role, she was a practitioner in several large tech companies in business development and account management roles.
