Charlotte Woodward

Charlotte is a Project Manager overseeing the delivery of research, knowledge exchange, and innovation projects within the Centre of Excellence for Equity in Uniformed Public Services. In this capacity, Charlotte manages comprehensive project plans, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports, and serves as the principal liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.

Background

Charlotte joined the Centre after a ten-year career in HR, moving to CEEUPS from her previous role as HR Operations Lead at ARU. In this role, she was responsible for guiding projects from inception to completion, enhancing HR processes, and ensuring strict adherence to UK Visa and Immigration regulations.

Charlotte has additional expertise in contract management, auditing, policy compliance and team leadership.
