Charles is a cyber security professional, having worked previously in the energy, oil and gas, and critical infrastructure industries. He currently works for a threat modelling software company as the Head of the Centre of Excellence in Embedded Device Security.
He is experienced in cyber security with a focus on embedded and medical device security, and industrial internet of things (IoT) security.
A highly motivated and productive lecturer, always at hand to support and mentor his students, Charles holds a BSc (Hons) in Electronics and an MSc in Cyber Security. He also holds certificates as a Certified Cloud Security Analyst and a certificate in ISO 27001 information security management system.
