Airport pick-up service 9 September 2026

Bookings will open at the end of June 2026

If you are unable to arrive in time for this service, you can find lots of information on how to travel to our campuses using public transport.

• This transfer service is free of charge and will only be running on the 9 September 2026.
• The transfer bus will depart from Heathrow Terminal 3 (only) at 10.30am (UK time) and 15:30 (UK time) on the 9 September 2026.

• You MUST book online in advance.
• To make the booking we need all your flight details – only book after you have a confirmed flight.
• If you arrive at a different terminal, you will need to make your way to the meeting point at Terminal 3.
• Give yourself at least three hours from the time your flight lands to get to the meeting point at Terminal 3.
• After you have submitted your booking, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
• If cannot arrive in time to take the bus, or arrive on a different day, you will need to travel to your campus independently.
• You are restricted to two pieces of luggage and one piece of hand luggage. Student travelling with more luggage will need to organise their own transport.

Entering the UK

Entering the UK can take a very long time so you should allow at least three hours between your plane landing in the UK and arriving at the meeting point in Terminal 3.
