ARU Breastfeeding Workshops for Dads

A selection of crochet breasts in a variety of colours

Would you to like to learn how you can best support breastfeeding within your family unit? Do you have questions you'd like to ask our expert midwives about breastfeeding? Do you want to meet and chat to like-minded dads? Our free Breastfeeding Workshops for Dads in Cambridge are for you.

When and where?

Upcoming workshops will be held on Thursdays from 6.30-8pm on:

  • 23 May 2024
  • 18 July 2024

The workshop will run from the soft seating area of the Blend café, on the first floor of the Helmore building. Come in the main entrance from East Road and take the stairs after the Reception area.

How to book

Book your place via our online form

As we want to make the workshop a relaxed space to generate discussion, the numbers will be limited for each workshop.

Meet the team

These workshops are being run by our own staff: Midwife and Lactation Consultant Dr Maxine Wallis-Redworth, a midwife and lactation consultant and Midwife Holly Ingram.

Both Maxine and Holly also provide support at the ARU Breastfeeding Support Hub, which runs on Tuesday mornings.
