The Graduate Outcomes survey is a national survey that captures information about graduates 15 months after they finish their studies.
The survey helps current and future students get an insight into career destinations and development.
While all universities are legally required to provide the results of the survey, we like to take part because it helps us to develop our courses and student services.
We ask everyone who's recently completed a course at ARU to take part. The survey covers all full-time and part-time courses and qualifications from HNC level.
Everyone – undergraduates and postgraduates – is asked the same questions.
By completing the survey, you’ll be helping potential students to make choices about which university to attend and which course to study.

Some time after you graduate, you’ll receive an email with a unique link so you can complete the survey online, but you may also be contacted by telephone and asked to complete the survey over the phone. If you're not contactable, information may be sought from a third party, such as a family member.
We encourage you to complete the survey, but there's no obligation. Let the survey organisation know if you don't want to take part and they’ll stop contacting you. Email email@example.com.
If you have any issues completing the survey, or think you may be eligible to take part in this year’s survey but have not received an email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most surveys are completed using an online form. At the end of the survey, igher education institutions send encrypted information from the forms to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). You can find out more about how HESA use the data on the Graduate Outcomes website.
