3 April 2020, 17:00 - 18:30
Cambridge campus
This event was due to take place on 3 April, but we've postponed it in light of Government guidance on coronavirus (COVID-19). We'll confirm a new date as soon as we can.
As part of ARU’s first ever sustainable fashion week, join us for an exciting evening of talks and a display of sustainable fashion clothing.
The designs on display have been created by first year BA (Hons) Fashion Design students using materials that were donated from The Tailor’s Cat – a bridal boutique based in Cambridge. The catwalk will also feature a series of specially curated outfits from newly opened pre-loved clothing shop, The Serpentine Swap.
You'll also hear from NU Wardrobe – a collective of women based in Cambridge who bonded over their desire to celebrate and enjoy fashion without harming the planet. They started a movement aiming to do right for the planet by borrowing instead of buying.
There's no need to book: this event is free and open to all.
Coronavirus
