This annual, interdisciplinary festival is coordinated by University of Cambridge – and every year we present a programme of activities to showcase ARU research. The festival has four overarching themes: Society, Health, Environment and Discovery.

The festival features free events for all ages, including talks, workshops, demonstrations, performances, exhibitions and hands-on activities.

Virtual exhibition: Practicing Care through Art. A New Care Aesthetics

The Virtual exhibition includes work at the intersection of art, care ethics and care studies, showcasing the richness of the new post-disciplinary area of care aesthetics. This is the culmination of a 5-year long program led by Dr Merel Visse (Drew University) and Dr Elena Cologni (Anglia Ruskin University), including talks, symposia, and a dedicated accompanying publication. This talk on Consumer Psychology will use real-world examples to show techniques used by businesses to influence purchase decisions made by consumers.
