Marina Plotnikova and Nina Shershnova, co-founders of successful sustainable fashion brand, Pure One, started out on their sustainability journey with a simple idea: to make the world a better place. They chose the fashion industry because of the huge impacts it has on the environment, and because they felt that consumers shouldn't have to make a choice between beautiful clothing and being kind to the environment.

Their talk will offer an insider’s perspective on setting up a sustainable fashion business, and why this was important to them, as well as some of their own opinions about the fashion industry.

Presented as part of ARU Sustainable Fashion Week 2020.
