Homeside UK recruits 80 dyads

Published: 9 August 2021 at 12:13

The UK Homeside study has recently recruited its 80th dyad to participate in the international randomised controlled trial investigating music and reading interventions for people living with dementia and their informal caregivers. This milestone brings the study just over three quarter mark for the recruitment target of 99 dyads in the UK.

We are therefore continuing to recruit participants and are actively recruiting in England, Wales and Scotland. Participants receive online training with a therapist to use music or reading activities to improve wellbeing and symptoms of dementia.

If you are interested in taking part in the study, contact us by phone on 01223 695401 or email at [email protected] to express your interest. More information can also be found on the Homeside UK website and Homeside international website.
