The Homeside study in the UK has recently recruited its 50th dyad, who are participating in the international randomised controlled trial investigating music and reading interventions for person living with dementia and their informal caregivers. This milestone brings the study just over the halfway point for the recruitment target of 99 dyads in the UK.

We are therefore continuing to recruit participants and are actively recruiting in England, Wales and Scotland. Participants receive online training with a therapist to use music or reading activities to improve wellbeing and symptoms of dementia.

If you are interested in taking part in the study contact us by phone 01223 695401 or email at [email protected] to express interest. More information can also be found on our UK website and international website.
