Music therapy and dementia project moves online, to allow for social distancing

The Homeside UK team are excited to announce that we have successfully transitioned to online delivery of the study, in order to safely continue during the current circumstances.

Through our home-based music and reading interventions, we hope that this research can continue to support people with dementia and their family caregivers who are staying safe and isolating at home. Using online video-calls, our therapists will  provide training to caregivers to deliver music or reading activities with the person they are caring for. The activities aim to decrease symptoms of dementia, as well as improve the quality of life and well-being of people living with dementia and their caregivers.

If you're interested in getting involved, please read more about the study and contact us by phone or email to express your interest.
