With modern facilities, excellent public transport links and support from our Venue Hire Team, it's an ideal venue for bringing delegates together in the heart of Cambridge.
The campus is easy to reach by train, bus and Park & Ride services. General parking is not available on campus; however, Blue Badge parking can be arranged in advance. A loading bay is available for event deliveries and collections.
We also offer a 10% room hire discount for registered charities and ARU alumni.
ARU Cambridge offers a range of flexible spaces for conferences, exhibitions, training sessions, team building events, seminars, workshops and corporate events. From smaller meeting rooms to lecture theatres accommodating up to 400 delegates, we can help you find the right space for your event.
Our spaces are available throughout the year, both during and outside of term time, subject to availability. As many of our venues are also used for teaching, availability for events beyond the current academic year is confirmed once university timetabling has been finalised. We also have a small number of dedicated spaces that may be available to book further in advance. Please contact us to discuss your event requirements.
Venue hire is typically available between 8am and 10pm, with alternative arrangements considered on request. Hire is not available on bank holidays and over the Christmas period.
