Faculty:Health, Education, Medicine and Social Care

Course: BSc (Hons) Child Nursing

My time as a student is divided between studying, attending lectures, going on placement or working one of my part-time jobs.

Although I no longer live in student accommodation as I did in my first year, I do still live close to the university campus, which makes my commute to lectures or work a doddle.

During my free time (albeit limited) I enjoy knitting and baking.
My next upcoming placement is an elective for which I have chosen to travel to Kathmandu, Nepal. During the month-long placement, I will be working in various departments across two local hospitals.
