The Mumford Theatre's online booking service is available 24/7. There are no booking fees applied to purchases.

Registering is a simple and quick process by using the link above and clicking on My Account. Alternatively, you will be prompted to register after selecting tickets and before you reach the payment screen. When creating a password, you should aim to make it secure and unpredictable. A password needs to be between 6 and 20 characters.

Ticket delivery options

Post: a charge of 80p is made if you choose to have your tickets posted to you.
Print at home: you can choose to have tickets emailed to you to print at home (no charge).
Collection: you can choose to collect your tickets at the Box Office either directly prior to the performance or anytime during our opening hours (no charge).

A reservation is a facility to hold seats in your name pending payment. (It is not possible to make reservations online).

Reservations will be held for up to four days, allowing time to finalise your arrangements and to make payment in person, by phone or by post. Payment for reservations must be made before the performance date.

Concession prices usually apply to children (up to age 16), full-time students, senior citizens (60+), unwaged and registered disabled, unless shown otherwise. Disabled customers who need to be accompanied for assistance purposes are entitled to an Essential Companion ticket, free of charge, in addition to the concession ticket for themselves.

Returning tickets

We are unable to exchange or refund tickets. However, if you're unable to use your tickets and the performance is sold out, we are happy to accept them for resale. We can only make refunds if the tickets are actually resold. A handling fee of £1.00 per ticket will be deducted from your refund.

Please see our Conditions of sale page for full terms and conditions.
