ARU students win big at Royal Television Society East Awards

Our BA Film and Television Production course takes 6 out of 10 student awards

Students from our BA (Hons) Film and Television Production course have taken the Royal Television Society East awards by storm, winning 6 out of 10 student categories.

Following on from taking 3 out of 5 categories at the 2018 awards, our students did themselves proud again, winning all 6 categories in which they were nominated.

The awards were presented at the Norwich University of the Arts on Thursday 14 March 2019. The successful films and students were:

  • Best Drama / Craft Skills - Writing / Craft Skills - Editing: Things Left Unsaid, by Theo Douchand, Francesco Merlini Fiore, Maia Rose Blake and team
  • Craft Skills - Camera: Sons of Mars, by Amber-Louise Gough, Paolo Samson and team
  • Craft Skills - Production Design: Kos, by Alessandro Piccato, Sean Advani Johhson, and Alina Bobilovia
  • Craft Skills - Sound: Woodley on The Run, by Celine Rivera-Boucart, Daria Hupov, and Mariana Vaz
