This session has been developed in response to the University's guidance on student use of AI. It introduces a ready-to-use toolkit that can be linked to your Canvas modules, helping students develop the skills to use generative AI effectively, ethically and in line with university policy. We'll explore the resources available, discuss how to support students in using AI responsibly, and consider the latest guidance for marking and assessment in an AI-enabled landscape. This practical, one-hour session is designed to build your confidence and help you advise students effectively. Attendance at the Getting Started with AI for Academic Staff and Professional Services session is highly recommended.
