Hybrid teaching can be described as teaching learners online and in-person simultaneously. UAL is an enabling umbrella idea that embraces the many possibilities for using active, inclusive, and collaborative learning approaches supported by digital technologies, with all students learning together.

This CPD workshop from Anglia Learning and Teaching will share practical tips, ideas, activities, strategies, and techniques to support teaching and learning, for use when planning and teaching a hybrid session, with UAL principles.

We will discuss the challenges, both technologically and pedagogically, possible solutions to these, and discuss how we can promote inclusion, engagement, community, and collaboration.

This workshop will be on Microsoft Teams and is open to anyone. For any questions about this workshop, please contact jamie.heywood@aru.ac.uk.
