This workshop from Jamie Heywood will explore academic levels (e.g., 3 – 7) in relation to teaching and learning. This will include identifying the difference between academic levels, and how to design the curriculum to align with the appropriate academic level.

With references to the FHEQ (Framework for Higher Education Qualifications) and ARU Academic Regulations, together we will explore key considerations for curriculum design and share practical examples of scaffolding tasks for different academic levels.

This workshop will be on Microsoft Teams and may be more suitable for early career academics, and those who teach different levels, but all are welcome.
