Actively designing for active inclusive learning (Chelmsford)

1 November 2019, 12:30 - 14:00
Chelmsford campus

What do wikis, puzzles and sparks all have in common?

In this first of our brownbag sessions, we’re looking forward to engaging with your active inclusive learning ideas. So please bring them—along with a laptop or tablet—with you. In addition to providing a selection of drinks and afters to complement your lunch, Drs Linda Brown, Isobel Gowers and Julian Priddle will offer their own mixture of learning—physical and digital—activities.

It’s an opportunity for you to engage with colleagues, eat lunch away from your desk and re-imagine inclusive approaches to learning and teaching activities. Come for the entire two hours or as long as you can spare to spark ideas and put flesh onto the skeleton of your curriculum changes. In the end, it’s about engaging students more fully and actively in their learning and to provide equality of opportunity for all.

Bring your lunch and we'll provide the drinks and afters!
