Fairness in assessment is understandably of importance to students and academics alike. Perceptions of unfairness often reflect real and perceived inconsistency in the assessment experience.
Dr James Trueman will explore how consistency in marking can be influenced and how assessors can work together to develop a shared understanding of criteria and standards to improve practice.
