Whether you’re making a career move or developing your skills and potential with your current employer, seize the opportunity to earn while you learn.
We deliver courses across long-standing apprenticeship subjects such as engineering, nursing and construction through to contemporary areas such as digital technology, marketing and management.
To be eligible for a degree apprenticeship, you’ll need to have the support of your current employer or secure a full-time apprentice position.
We’re proud to play our part in making a positive difference to our apprentices’ careers. We firmly believe that your professional aspiration can be realised through apprenticeships.
Our guide explains how degree apprenticeships work and how to apply.
Higher and degree apprenticeships offer an exciting route into an advanced level of learning. You’ll earn a CertHE or full degree, fully supported by ARU and your employer.
Focussing on the skill areas employers want and need, you’ll gain valuable work experience and apply learning in the workplace.
You’ll earn a competitive salary, and for Level 4-6 apprenticeships, your tuition fees will be covered by your employer and the Government.
Level 7 apprenticeships, leading to a Masters degree, are still available but under a new employer self-funded model.
