Our location is what makes us unique

Arise Chelmsford is located on our university campus, just a 15 minute walk from the city centre and train station. Our Chelmsford campus is known for its beautiful riverside location, and is home to our School of Medicine, the first of its kind for Essex. Arise Harlow is located on the newly built Harlow Science Park, perfectly positioned for those wishing to be part of a growing science community that is well connected to research clusters in both London and Cambridge.

As an occupant of Arise, you can employ an ARU student or graduate to work in your business on an internship or formal work placement. You can attend our careers and job fairs, meet our students, gain exposure for your business and identify talented job seekers. You can even give our students the opportunity to solve real work place issues by working on ‘live project briefs’. Excellent opportunities to provide your business with new and innovative solutions or perspectives.

A research and innovation support team that listens to your needs

Our Business Support team are business-friendly folk. Good at listening and understanding a client’s brief. They can help you quickly identify a suitable academic in your desired field, support you in accessing a range of funding government opportunities and answer any questions you might have about confidentiality, intellectual property, timescales or costings or even other partner organisations to collaborate with.
