Web development agency Vibe works with a growing slate of clients across the public and private sectors
Having started life as an agency building websites on the content management platform WordPress, Vibe has since expanded its work and now builds a wide variety of bespoke web applications.
Vibe has enjoyed particular success supporting NHS primary care providers around the country. “A lot of what we do in primary care is behind the scenes, building digital platforms and applications for training and education,” says Vibe’s co-founder and creative director Muntazir Panjwani.
Recently the agency has been working with Primary Care Careers, a part of the NHS delivering a recruitment strategy for primary care in the East of England. Vibe has been working with the organisation to develop its website, and is now supporting the discovery of a new on-boarding platform to help with training and education of staff joining primary care across the health service.
“We know how important a role primary care plays within the NHS, so to be actively involved and to play a very small part in the positive impact they are driving is really great,” Muntazir says.
Vibe’s work with the NHS may not have blossomed in this way without the help of the Arise Innovation Hub. “We met Professor Tony Young (Anglia Ruskin’s Director of Medical Innovation), and he made an introduction, through Arise, which enabled us to bid on and win an initial contract working with primary care in Essex,” Muntazir recalls. “Everything we’ve done with other care providers since then has stemmed from that.”
Muntazir and Tom Castle, the company’s co-founder and technical director, joined forces in 2014 to found Vibe, having previously run their own agencies. The business aims to help brands realise their vision of success with bespoke digital platforms and applications.
Over the last eight years the company has grown from a two-person operation to a team of 10. Muntazir says. “Being at Arise has been a real catalyst for us.”
