BSc (Hons) Zoology
7 July 2017
The best thing about studying zoology at ARU was the course content and the teaching quality.
With every module I studied, the quality of the teaching was amazing. The course was really broad and allowed me to get a good understanding of a wide range of topics and skills. The number of modules I could choose from meant that I could tailor my course to my interests and broaden my knowledge. Ultimately, this has helped me with my further study and my current role, by teaching me theories and ways to apply these to a range of fields.
I [now] work at Syngenta, a global agrichemical company, as a microbiologist. My role is in biological products R&D, researching and developing products to make agriculture more sustainable and efficient.
