PIER Operational Group

The Operational Group is mix of cross-faculty ARU members, with external representation. Its purpose is to:

  • Offer collaborative support to PIER activities to achieve the best possible outcomes, drawing on resources and networks internally and externally
  • Review PIER activities and progress against agreed objectives
  • Review successes and lessons learned to support PIER to grow sustainably
  • Support the Chair and PIER Director in preparing information for the Advisory Board
  • Support the effective communication of PIER activities within ARU and externally
