Put yourself in someone else's shoes. What does it feel like to have limited sight, joint mobility, hearing loss or even breathing issues and how do these impact on us doing daily tasks as well as exercise? In this hands-on event, you can experience what it is like to be visually impaired, elderly, hearing impaired or even have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Using specialist simulation suits and equipment, we are able to gain some insight into the lives of others. Presented by Cambridge Centre for Sport and Exercise Sciences, Anglia Ruskin University.
