Interns are matched with a personal mentor who is a professional from the external business and law community. This is based on a skill gap analysis that supports development needs.
We value the contribution our mentors make to the success of our students. Each mentor is asked to commit around eight hours of their time to their mentee over the eight month programme, ideally meeting face-to-face at the start and subsequently the meetings can be virtually or via electronic communication. Our mentors come back year on year to mentor. They regularly feedback about how rewarding the process is and how impressed they have been with the pro-activeness of our students.
