Hi, my name is Zoe and I’m studying Drama and English Literature in Cambridge.
I study a joint honors which is brilliant because I get such a diverse experience, in terms of both academics and the people I meet. It also means I get to take both of my favorite subjects and find a career path that encompasses both walks of life.
I enjoy working as an ensemble and putting on shows in our Mumford Theatre. It’s a great way to make friends and connect with different types of people.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends and socialising. I also, as an introvert, take a lot of comfort in being by myself – my biggest hobbies are reading and writing. I also try to keep in touch with my family and friends back home as their support really makes a big difference.
Something interesting about me: I love to experiment with my cooking. Since I’m from the Caribbean, I love trying to make different dishes to connect me with my heritage as well as other parts of the world. I think eating is one of the easiest ways to travel!
