Hello, or even better: Guten Tag! My name is Nina; I am 21 years old and a second year student of Bsc (Hons) Nutrition at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford. Some of you may have guessed it by the Guten Tag, I am German and have been living in the UK since August 2013. The little time I am not spending working or studying, I am spending with my friends, visiting friends and family back in Germany, reading and especially baking and cooking. I am known to talk about food at the most random points and it is always on my mind. In my opinion, treats are fine so all my baked goods are either eaten myself or brought to friends to fatten them up a little bit! To work off the extra calories, I go on long bike rides all around Chelmsford as there are loads of lovely fields and bike ways around.
In these blogs I want to give you an insight into the Nutrition course but also uni life in general and making decisions such as studying abroad, living locally but not in the Student Village, juggling a three day part-time job and studying and a little bit of information on Chelmsford. Hopefully this will enable to make your decision of picking the Nutrition course easier and give you an actual student telling you about the course.
