Thank you for your interest in a role with the Estates & Facilities Services at ARU. We are a highly motivated team of professional technical and administrative employees made up of a diverse group of people from all walks of life. Our services currently include estate project development, cleaning and maintenance, environmental management and travel services, timetabling, space management, catering, conference services and residential services.

We have a ‘one team’ approach and work collaboratively to ensure our University is a vibrant and progressive institution with aspiration to refurbish and equip existing space and build new space that is flexible, promotes excellence in teaching, learning and research and provide an inspirational, welcoming and sustainable environment for students, staff and visitors.

Due to the growth of our student and staff population and to maintain and develop our high-quality environment, we are seeking to build a specialist skilled maintenance team of supervisors, operatives, craftspersons and technicians to join our Asset Management team to service, repair and maintain our mechanical & electrical equipment and to install new commissions across our campuses.
